Delete Your Account

Request permanent deletion of your Creahub account and data. This action cannot be undone.

This page explains how to request deletion of your Creahub account and all data associated with it. You can request deletion from the Creahub mobile app, or by emailing our support team using the steps below.

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your account, follow these steps:

Send an email to admin@creahub.app

Send it from the registered email address on your Creahub account, so we can verify the request is yours.

Delete From the App

If you have the Creahub mobile app installed, you can delete your account immediately without contacting us. Open Settings → Delete Account, confirm with your password, and your account and content are removed right away.

What Will Be Permanently Deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

  • User account
  • Email address
  • Profile information
  • App usage data

Your uploaded videos, drafts, scheduled posts, connected social accounts, and notification history are removed along with the account. Any active subscription is cancelled. This cannot be undone, and deleted content cannot be recovered.

Retention Period

Data will be deleted within 7 working days of your request being verified.

For legal or compliance reasons, minimal transaction logs may be retained for the period required by law, even after your account is deleted.
